The Maldives Dress by Valia is a V Neck, beautifully fitted with flared skirt. Original design lines or cuts are such with intentional narrow shoulders and slightly gathered short length sleeves. There are 3 flared inserts in the skirt: two at the sides and one at centre back, displaying beautifully draped flares slightly narrowed to the hem.  No Pockets
